What! Snow In Eastern NC?

Oh im sure the tow trucks will be very busy. We don’t have curbs around me… we have ditches… very deep wide ditches. Luckily we were cut loose today to telework the rest of the week.
Yeah I forgot how much heat those things put out.
Oh man,NC state people are probably hording,toilet paper,milk,bread,acting like fucking morons in stores.we got a foot,and enough ice to last a few weeks,I love it....nevermind the fact that I can track deer better in this weather or the fact that I love driving in the snow, donuts every chance I can get boys.
That’s quite a snowfall! I saw a post from perdido key and orange beach of it snowing on the actual beach!
Our beach and outer banks got as much if not more than we did.
That’s crazy! You guy lose power? I feel like I lost power every time it snowed in the south.

Trying to explain to baby girl how I grew up in Michigan with all that weather. I took wife and her out tooling around in truck looking at it. No plows so it was interesting. Lots of ice under the snow. The restaurants were open but Walmart was closed. That doesn’t happen often.
Baby girl got to play in it so she’s happy.
Surprisingly NO. We had power the whole time so far. Looks like it’s over about 5” with no more in the forecast. It’s going to be colder the next couple days so it will be here. Looks like it might warm up this weekend sometime so Monday it’ll be gone.
Since hurricane florence… I cashed in a kidney $$$$ and installed a giant generator that will power the whole house. That translates to we haven’t lost power for any length of time since.
