Our policy has been 60 days after dispatch for 2 years, clearly stated in our FAQs.

Please explain what “no timely touchdown” means.

China is just finishing its month long new year holiday and this causes extra delays to most routes from every supplier.
We know it’s a hassle and we obviously would be happy to deliver every package within a week if we could.

Our customer service is replying to tickets in one business day max as usual, so you can always count on them for any info.

Honestly bro with how fucked up everything is right now I’d recommend just paying a little extra and staying domestic if possible. I know the international price point is attractive, but it’s usually not worth the hassle. But at least the rep got right back to you and responded quickly on UGM.

When/if 60 days have passed after shipment date, you can simply open a ticket asking for a reship or a refund in store credit.

They do honor the policy but them and naps are no too slow shippers. Not sure why that is. Other overseas shippers are usually 4 weeks

I’ve got an opinion on this too as usual…

the world stage is in complete turmoil.

Put 2 and 2 together guys…I’m thinking it’s either going to get much much worse very soon or take another 2-3 years to simmer down.

Goods and services in general…domestic let alone international are taking a backseat to several things.

Our current administration in the White House is way over their heads… bungles and giggles are like obama…missing the skill set to deal with major global issues.

Axelrod stated in an interview ~6 months into obamas admin…”this stuff is way harder then we thought”. Soooo they had the beer summit to grab the headlines and shift attention away from the crumbling everything in this country. The arrested development voters ate it up.

There’s folks that treat politics like their favorite sports team… going to vote for them regardless of the overwhelming evidence of incompetence.

I had an order from them. It left pretty quick but I didn’t get it for about seven weeks. Just ordered some Covid meds from India to keep on hand and that took two months. Anything overseas has been very slow for a while now. There has been a few anomalies. Don’t think it’s a steroid icy issue.

You go girl. Spot on. All I want in a politician these days is competence in governing. Bloomberg at NYC Mayor was a great example of pure competence. The guy knew how to lead and get shit done. Whether you liked all of his policies or not was irrelevant because you treasured his competence at running the show.
