My Last Scooter

My daughter sent this pic to me the other day. I sold some time ago… probably close to 10 years. That’s my oldest granddaughter on it… she’s in high school now.

I dropped this thing to the ground and powder coated the forks.

I’ve owned a 74 and a 80.

Ive only owned/own quads and dirtbikes,but if i did get another street legal bike,it would be a crotch rocket,i would just wanna go fast that would give me a adrenaline rush

Im trying to get my ex-bro in law to sell me his yamaha banshee,350 2 stroke tops out at about 75mph,my quad tops out around 45.

Me too… I put close to 100k miles on that bike. Rolling up and down between florida…. Detroit… eastern carolina… burned I75 an 70 up… north and south east west.

I fashioned a detachable sissy bar I fabricated that would hold an ALICE pack for traveling. Had a holster for 45….

I had 2 rear sprockets I could change in 30 mins or less. One for highway and one for around town hot rodding. 49 and 51 tooth. I could do a top end on that in no time… clean up the heads… new pistons and/or rings.

I bought that shovelhead at the camp hansen (okinawa) px. Had it delivered to Detroit metro harley when I rotated.

Every tour i did,our last stop before iraq was kuwait,and they had places on that base selling cars/scooters…also on that base(cant renember name of base gotta ask my buddies) they had MCDONALD’S,SUBWAY,and a couple other western places…i tried the mcdonalds,it wasnt quite right…
