Alright alright alright.

A couple months back in the gym after a long hiatus has been great. Enjoying the pursuit of progression as always.

One of the things I have been constantly noticing in my line of work is the amount of middle-aged and elderly folks who are just weak, frail, and have zero mobility. I do alright in avoiding being weak and frail, but my mobility could be better.

So. We’re giving it 10 weeks to flip the script and change the game. Let’s see what happens.

If you don’t know who Adriell Mayes is look him up. Dude is a beast with sequoia trees for thighs. He’s writing quite a few kettlebell training programs so I decided to go with him, and I went with the KB strength and movement evolution. It’s written for 5 days a week for 10 weeks.

I’m not sure my knees can take 5 days a week but we will give it a go.

I won’t be typing up entire workouts, as this plan is the result and effort of someone else’s hard work and I can’t abide in posting their work for free. I will probably post general movements that help me identify weak spots etc.

I haven’t decided if I will change my favorite mix of goodies up or not. I’m considering the @Aude_Aliquid_Dignu combo of 1:1:0.5 of test/primo/NPP… but we shall see.

I’ll take some day 1 pics and try to remember to update pics each week.

Dan john. One of my favorites is a big proponent of kb’s. He’s older than me and old collegiate thrower. Also a good all around guy and stud.

@Poppy looking forward to just something new in general. But hoping the KB world is all it’s cracked up to be.

I’ve never heard one bad thing about it. Just a different path. It’s supposed to give you great conditioning also. Always a plus.

I did kettlebells for awhile for helping with mobility. They’re great but be careful if you have injuries not to rip it open more with swings. Going lighter helps but then I didn’t always feel like I got a good workout.

Thats my bigboy, with the crazy eyes, hes literally a 135 lbs of Love and Affection

Day one was lower focus. Felt more cardio than lower body work.

But now I’m sore in all new places.

Day two today. It’s a more upper focus. Goal is don’t puke next to the hot girls at the gym.
