I start all my cycles with a natural cut except when I was cruising but I always try to cut down and make sure that my diet is on point and ready to go once I reach a goal I set before starting I believe this is important because if you can’t do it natty you can’t do it enhanced it will just be a waste.
Like
@NeuroRN said your goals have to fit your cycle and diet plus training. So you have to figure out your goal.
Cut
Lean bulk
Bulk
These 3 are what I believe can actually be run.
Once you have decided your goal then put together your diet to fit your goal because diet is everything the most important part to achieving your goal.
Then plan your training regimen
not your working out plan lol
@Kad1 I had to lol
Once those are put together and being done then figure out your cycle which will need to fit your goals.
Compounds have ratings they are called
AAS which means Anabolic/Androgenic steroid testosterone is 100/100 trenbolone is 500/500 so compounds can very towards the anabolic side or the androgenic side this is why we stack compounds to fill these gaps.
The perfect cycle is without a doubt
Testosterone/nor19/dht this combination provides perfect synergistic activity between the 3 compounds but most don’t need anywhere near 3 compounds.
Most will only need testosterone it is perfectly balanced 100/100 so its perfect to run alone especially since it will provide you with testosterone because your system will stop natural production.
Once you get to your second cycle probably add proviron. This will super charge your testosterone by stopping aromatase by allowing more testosterone to bind and less to become estrogen.
The 3 cycles I spoke about were
Cut= in a caloric deficit
Lean bulk= bulking with above maintenance cals and heavy protein but lower carbs and fats
Bulk=bulking with well above maintenance calories plus heavy macros protein carbs and fats
There is a dirty bulk which I don’t reccomend because it is eating anything you see and you get really fat and it sucks cutting afterwards lol
The difference between these cycles has nothing to do with compounds the difference between these cycles is your diet plan.
I hope everyone is seeing that planning your cycle is all about planning your diet and compounds are the easy part.
