Should I overlap letro and nolva for a day or 2 or just drop letro immediately and begin 40mg a day nolva? Will joints and stuff feel better on nolva?

The letro is working. No big lump, nipple looks totally normal and soreness is lessening. I ordered some more nolva that should be here by Thursday. I’ll switch to that when it arrives. I’ve had minor issues in the past but only when running way more stuff. This time it began after like 5 months...
