My HDL is 40 and LDL is 94. Triglycerides is 109. HDL could be better, but I am still happy with the outcome. Getting off psychotropic drugs was the best thing for me. I felt I thought more about death or dying way more than I do now. It’s fucking weird shit.

OK. I’m a big holistic believer and wanted to post a one year test. I started taking red yeast rice with CoQ10 a while back with some slight changes in my cholesterol but nothing significant. A buddy of mine told me to double the dose so last year I started taking 4 instead of 2. I went from 233...
